All UK orders are delivered free of charge by express courier.  Orders received before 9am (UK time) will be dispatched the same day and will arrive the next working day.

We are also pleased to offer free worldwide shipping by express courier on all orders. Delivery will usually be within 3-5 working days, depending on your location.

Your jewellery will be fully insuredduring transit so you can be assured of its security, and your signature will be required on receipt.

For international orders please be aware that you may need to pay import duty and/or VAT on delivery. Rates vary from country to country so please get in touch with your local customs agency if in doubt. We charge no tax or vat on any orders.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then you can return your item to us within 14 days for a full refund. Please see our returns policy for more information.

If you wish to return your item for any reason then simply get in touch within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, no questions asked.  You can email us at or call us on (+44) 0117 925 4798.

Please return your item via guaranteed special delivery (with insurance and tracking) to ensure it gets back to us safely. Unfortunately, we can't provide a refund for any items which are sent back to us by uninsured or non-recorded delivery if they become lost or damaged in transit.

All items must be returned in the condition in which they were originally shipped to be eligible for a refund.

Please be aware that once a ring has been resized or altered it is no longer eligible for return.  This is also applicable to rings that we have resized on your behalf before shipping.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

International Returns

Please clearly mark the package as "UK RETURNED GOODS" to avoid additional charges. 

As well as sending your item via a tracked and insured service it's also important to mark the package with the correct information to avoid any unnecessary delays or fees through customs.

Any import fees incurred by Lillicoco due to incorrect labelling will be deducted from the customers refund. If you have any questions we are happy to help you with this. 

Not what you expected?

If you believe your item may have been damaged in transit then please email within 24 hours with a photograph and description of any damage, as we fully insure all deliveries.


If an item is purchased on layaway then a 15% restocking free will be retained in case of cancellation or return.
